suggestion for the portal page
Love how the site is looking
I have a suggestion for the portal page, and that is to draw more attention to the forum link, since that is the bulk of the site's content.
Otherwise, looking great! this is a cool thing chris

You're going to be chewing off way more than you realise. Just focus on getting your CCNP. The costs involved in passing the CCIE run $10,000 plus, and thats if you pass on the first try and not including the cost of the actual exam. (At least if your planning on passing the lab portion.)
You could pass the written exam. I know at least one person that went from CCNA to passing the CCIE written, but not the lab.
He said he'd spent thousands on renting rack time. (I think he said something like $10,000 and in hindsight he said he'd been better off just buying a CCIE ready rack, but it was stretched out over a couple years and hindsight is 20/20.) I forgot how many hours studying he did. Lets just say when he told me, my eyes bulged out.
Anyway, this person I'm talking about got burned out on networking, and is now taking a degree in elecronic engineering or something, and wants to eventually work for a company that actually designes the networking equipment or satallites used in communications.
Just for comparison purposes: CCIE bootcamps, which run about 10 days or more, can easily cost $10,000 or more. http://www.koenig-solutions.com/training/boot_camp.asp is over $12,000 for the CCIE bootcamp.
