Cisco VPN Server
Guys,
I'm using my 3640A to route my internet, and local network traffic. I want to start a little project, but don't know where to start as I've never done any VPN configuration. What I want to do is configure my 3640A as a VPN server to allow remote access to my network via Cisco VPN client, with RDP access to my main PC that is connected via my Aironet 350 WAP. I want to do this entirely within the CLI, no shortcuts such as Cisco SDM. I was searching google, and I came across a method using SDM, but I don't want to do it that way. Also many documents cover site to site VPN, but I don't want it configured in this manner. Does anyone have experience with a configuration such as the one stated that can guide me through the configuration?
Thanks,
Daniel
BTW my lab is growing. I think its pretty decent right now:
Cable Modem | 3640A | 3550 L3 | Aironet 350 WAP | --- for network, and internet access
Additional lab equipment - 3x 2950's with Enhanced Images | 2x 2600 series | 1X 2500 series (I know lame).
I also have the privilege of having an unrestricted Cisco CCO account through my work

I got it working guys!
I used the following website, and it worked great:

I just wish that some of the commands were explained just a bit more.

Re: Cisco VPN Server
When you say kind of basic what do you mean? It's allowing devices from other networks to connect, gain an ip within my LAN subnet, and give me access to my computer through RDP. What other features would be added to a more advanced setup? I noticed that I'm using PPTP, because Microsoft VPN defaults to that so changes don't have to be made on the PC connecting. How secure is PPTP in respect to IPSEC? I did use an encrypted password instead of the clear text one used in the example. What portions of the process would you have done differently?
